Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. When you book on this site you avoid the platform service fees, so the same dates cost less than on Airbnb. Stays of six nights or more at Bungalow, Edge Hill and Urban Oasis also get an automatic long-stay discount.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Bookings and payments are processed securely by Hospitable, the booking system we use across all our listings. Your card details are never stored on our website.
Who looks after the apartments?
We do. The Guest Man is a local Cairns team that manages and cleans every apartment we list. You'll deal with real people who live here, not a call centre.
What happens after I book?
You'll get a confirmation straight away, then a link to sign our short-stay agreement online. Once it's signed, we send your check-in details and your digital guest guide with local tips, tours and transfers.
Do you allow pets?
Our Edge Hill apartment welcomes pets for a $50 fee per stay. Our other apartments don't allow pets, apart from assistance animals.
