Today, Sarah brings that training discipline to our policies, procedures, and staff development—so every clean, check-in, and guest interaction follows a clear standard.
Jan joined us after moving from Bali, Indonesia, as our very first team member. Over three years he’s grown from housekeeper → team leader → manager. Today, Jan runs all housekeeping operations and hosts each of our properties. He performs the final checks—fresh, spotless, lights just right—with relaxing music to set the scene for every arrival.
