Owner Portal
Every property we fully manage gets its own private owner portal — a dedicated, password-protected page for your property alone. Not a generic dashboard, and not a third-party app you have to learn.
What’s in your portal
- Live booking calendar for your property
- Owner statements — gross booking income, the 18% management fee, cleaning and linen, and your net payout
- Housekeeping updates — when the property was cleaned, and by whom
- Photo reports from turnovers, so you can see its condition without being there
- Maintenance notes and anything we’ve actioned on your behalf
How access works
Each owner has their own portal address and their own password. There is no single shared login, because no owner should ever see another owner’s figures. We send you your link and password when your property goes live, and the same link works from then on — bookmark it.
The technology behind it
We run our day-to-day booking and guest messaging operations on Hospitable. Your portal is built by us on top of that data — you don’t need a Hospitable account, and you don’t need to log in to anyone else’s software to see how your property is performing.
