Hi, and thanks for staying with us! We're The Guest Man, your local hosts for your stay at this renovated two-bedroom apartment in leafy Edge Hill, Cairns' favourite café suburb. You're about 8 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the city, with the Botanic Gardens and Edge Hill cafés just around the corner.

This guide has everything you need: check-in steps, parking, Wi-Fi, house rules, local essentials, restaurants, Cairns tours and recommended experiences. If you need anything during your stay, just call or message us.

• 🤫 Quiet times are 10pm to 7am. This is a residential complex, so please keep noise low.
• 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please put butts in the bin, not on the ground or in the garden.
• 🏊 The shared pool closes at 10pm. Please see the Pool Rules below.
• 🎉 No parties or events. Only registered guests may stay overnight (maximum 4 guests).
• 🐾 Pets are welcome with approval before arrival ($50 pet fee). Please keep pets off beds and furniture and clean up after them.
• 🚗 Street parking only. Please don't park across neighbours' driveways.
• 🗑️ Take rubbish to the bins in the car park. Please don't leave bags outside the door.
• 🔒 The lock-up cupboard in the second bedroom is the owner's private storage. Please don't try to open it.
• ❄️ Keep doors and windows closed while the air con is on, and turn off the air con and lights when you go out.
• 🔑 Keep the key box code private and lock the door whenever you leave.
• 🛠️ Accidents happen. If something breaks or stops working, let us know so we can fix it.

🏊 Pool Rules

1. The pool is shared with the complex and closes at 10pm.
2. Children must be with an adult at all times.
3. No glass or bottles inside the pool fence.
4. No diving, running or jumping in or around the pool.
5. Always close the pool gate behind you.
6. Please keep noise down. This is a residential complex.

🧳 Before you check out (by 10:00am)

• Wash, dry and put away dishes (or load and start the dishwasher)
• Leave used towels in the bathroom
• Take rubbish to the bins in the car park
• Turn off the air conditioning and lights
• Lock up and return the keys to the key box
