I acknowledge this agreement is for short-term holiday accommodation only and does not create a residential tenancy or involve rent collection under the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld). I authorise The Guest Man Pty Ltd to manage listings, pricing, guest communications, housekeeping and to coordinate maintenance using the trades listed above or approved alternatives. I authorise monthly owner payouts to the nominated bank account in the first week of each month and agree to fees as set out above. I consent to storage of my details for service provision and accounting. (See privacy note below.)
